The T2UG Conference Organising Committee is pleased to invite all Talent2 Alesco software users and other interested parties to register for the Talent2 User Group 2012 Conference, 18 – 20 March 2012, Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort, Gold Coast, Australia.

Payment of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card (MasterCard/ Visa only). Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to “Conference arinex Sydney”.
Cheques should be made payable to “arinex on behalf of T2UG 2012 Conference”. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.
Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.
Please note we are unable to accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. At the Conference you will receive the final program. Other information shall be posted on the Conference website as it comes to hand.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:
- Cancellations before Monday 16 January 2012 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations before Wednesday 15 February 2012 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellations after Wednesday 15 February 2012 there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
A minimum of one night’s deposit must be paid at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable after Wednesday 15 February 2012.

Entrance to Conference
Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge as part of their registration pack. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to the welcome reception. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Private Functions
It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private/corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
