The Talent2 User Group Inc was established in 1997 to represent users in the Asia Pacific Region.

Currently the User Group represents members from the following regions:
 
Australia

• New South Wales
• Queensland
• South Australia
• Victoria/ Tasmania
• Western Australia/ Northern Territory

International

• Fiji
• New Zealand
• Papua New Guinea

The purpose of the association is to assist Talent2 customers to make best use of their investment in the Talent2 software, with the primary objective to facilitate communication between members themselves, and between members and Talent2, to exchange information on products, services, technical issues and business practices relating to Talent2 products.
